
I know that, as military members, we're trained to suck it up and follow instructions but that's is what the advocates are for. If you have problems with your primary care doctor, clinics, benefits, services, policy, etc., run it by the advocates. "Squeaky wheel gets the grease" and they can't fix problems if they don't know about them. If enough patients complain about a certain issue (pharmacy, parking, whatever) maybe they will fix it.
