EBay Lenses 50mm, adds about $10 but now only have 3 9-10w lights and 1 4w light.

I'm thinking 3 bulb system with lenses - 2 5000k 60w (8-9w true) bulbs and 1 12w(true) grow bulb should be enough to even grow a pepper plant or possibly patio tomato.
I will compare this to 400w MH and HPS lights.

Always better to know...150+ does seem too high but 130-ish should be fine, imho.
