Hanging my new LED light

Post by micanopyfats »

I am a newbe accustomed to HID lamps. I just bought a Lumigrow 650 Pro which I assumed that I would mount on a light rail/mover. When I realized that it was so heavy, 16lbs I wondered if a light rail could handle it. Help.

A light mover should easily be able to handle that weight if the mover is mounted properly. Whether or not you use one is up to you. ;)

After firing up the new light I believe that no light mover is necessary. I think that I will mount it stationary. Thanks so much for your assistance.

Would you recommend wearing dark glasses to protect your eyes when spending much time in the lit space?
