PPM can vary depending on plant uptake; sometimes it goes up, sometimes down. Peroxide can kill the beneficial stuff too so I'd try it without first and see if you need it later. It wouldn't hurt to try a lower ratio, you can always add more if they start showing signs of deficiencies...

How are they looking now? Your room temp are a bit low but everything else seems OK so far...

Very green and the rams horn/eagle beak makes me think too much N but the *first* thing I'd try is raising your pH to 5.8:
If that doesn't help I'd try dropping the nutrient ratio to 7/14 or 6/12 and see if that helps...
